General Info
We always do what is best for our patient. We recommend the best form of care, the best program of care for the given patient and always the best financial approach. If a patient has insurance that will lower their out of pocket expense then we will explain that and do the necessary paperwork to get their services covered. If our reduced fee structure is less expensive than using the patient's insurance coverage, then we will explain our reduced fees and present that solution to our patient. We truly act as patient advocates and try to eliminate any barriers to a patient getting the help that they need. We will go out of our way to explain the steps involved in a patient's care and recovery. The doctor will do periodic check-ups on the patient to determine their progress and will take the time to explain where they are and how things are changing. Dr. Upchurch will go out of his way to make sure the patient understands what their body is doing and how its going to improve. He takes every case seriously and is sincerely interested in helping his patients reach a healthier state of being. Our staff is great! Besides being super helpful, they too go out of their way to help people feel comfortable and at ease. They answer all questions and are very open to all the patients or they wouldn't be here to help.
