“My priority is to treat each person with compassion, respect and kindness. I strive to help my clients to get to the root of their challenges to make lasting changes in their lives and to help them help themselves. It is never too late to be who you want to be. I take particular interest in helping people with depression, anxiety, bipolar, addictions, chronic illness, HIV/AIDS, grief, death/dying, Post Traumatic Stress, Dissociative Disorder, sexual identity issues (LGBT) and issues associated with aging. I am also experienced in working with people in public service - i.e. police, fire, EMS and war veterans.
