Boketto Center's mission is to help women thrive in the present moment while feeling empowered to manage their health by providing comprehensive mental wellness services. We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, low self-esteem, adult children of toxic parents, mindfulness, meditation, trauma-informed yoga, and EMDR therapy.
