City on a Hill is a charter, public, high school that emphasizes academic and social development in students. The school serves students in grades 9 through 12. The school provides academic instruction in language arts, math, science, social studies, technology education, art, music, computer applications and business. City on a Hill s amenities include a library, playground, cafeteria, computer laboratory, and art and music rooms. It has a team of guidance counselors who address academic, personal, social and career development needs of students. The school also organizes several athletic and extracurricular activities. City on a Hill also publishes a newsletter and is located in Roxbury, Mass.
