Don't bring your family or date to Domino's. The pizza is not great. This place is located in Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing T stop. Roxbury is not safe. Hate to say it but it's the ghetto. The staff is ok they have deliveries but for real you will be unhappy when you taste the pizza. It's not so good junk food. What I hate the most about this place is that is full of teenagers mostly hispanics and blacks, my goodness they are so loud and rude. Most of them go to the Madison public highschool nearby. If you really like Domino's try to find another site where you can at least eat your junk in peace. Truereview here to tell you the truth.

The service really sucks! I waited 1hr45m for my Pizza and sandwich! then after 2hours they wanna call and say "I'm outside ". What happened to 30mins???

Waited 1hr45min-2hrs for a cold pizza and cheese sticks. And when I tried to complain no answer! Yea it was late but not even close to closing time!! Please go out of business.

I cannot stress how much of an annoyance this has become. About a month ago I ordered dominos for the last time. On the 7th of february I ordered about $28 of food from Dominos. I waited about an hour before I called and they assured me the delivery was on its way without asking me any information about my order. After calling back 15 minutes later same answer and I asked how do you know if my order was delivered if you didnt ask for my information. About an hour later the driver called and said the delivery was here. After he came up we argued and we found the food was cold once the driver left. After seeing this I immediately called dominos and they said they would credit me the full amount after speaking with the manager. Today I tried to call and claim my credit after a month of refusing to order from Dominos again. The manager on duty claimed there was no notes about this and the manager that helped during this situation would be in tomorrow and to order then. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I have had good delivery experiences and its the bad ones that you remember. had to wait over an hour for dinner. They did rectify the situation but I think the reason they gave me was bogus
