We have had a 2 1/2 Ton , 28,000 BTU for over a year...first of all let me say how LOW our electric bill became after we started using it in the summer! Most importantly, when we turned it on the first time this year, it came right on and worked perfectly! It warms our home ..about 3 rooms to a comfortable temp! We love it!! adjustable temps make this woman happy !! Dealing with Minisplitwarehouse was easy and very pleasant! Superior customer service , product knowledge and a product that works !! I have a 9,000 BTU in my room, I live with my daughter and son in law...we just had a cold spell, turned it on for the first time in a year..and I AM SO EXCITED with how it works!! My room is the temperature I LIKE, WHENEVER I WANT IT!! I could not be happier with the way it keeps me toasty warm, for the first time I am looking forward to cooler weather!
