I went to Rowlett Gold and Silver to buy some Silver coins and Bars. They treated very well, charged me less than few other places I visited and educated me with my silver investment. These guys are awesome!!!

I sold a diamond ring to Rowlett gold and silver. 2 men tested the diamond, removed the stone from the ring, weighed it measured it and offered me $2000 for theRing. I agreed to the amount. The receipt they gave me said final sale. 2 days later, they call my husband and my house claiming the diamond was fake and wanted their money back! My husband was furious! The Rowlett Gold and Silver owners tracked my husbands cell phone number down. They had no right to search for his cell phone number. There is noway the diamond was fake. I actually spent nearly 1 hour while they decided on an appraisal and an offer. I will never do business with Rowlett gold and silver again. They deserve zero stars for their business Sellers and Buyers beware

I visited local jewelry store this morning, sold them two diamond rings. I was quoted 1500 for both at another jewelry store. Rowlett Gold and Silver offered me 2200 for both 700 more.. These guys are nice and paid me more than I was expecting. I will go see them again, and I received free battery for my watch. Thank you Rowlett Gold and Silver

I cleaned out my storage unit, found some flatware that I thought might be silver.. I took it up to Rowlett Gold and Silver. They tested it and all them turned out to be Silver I walked in there with like 7 dollars to my name and walked out with 1,400.00.. Great group of guys very experienced, they also educated me as well.. Thank you Rowlett Gold and Silver Exchange...

I am from Garland Tx. I had ad in mail come in from Rowlett Gold and Silver. Last week I took them my old gold and some silver, they not only paid me top dollar, but they also educated me on the process and what they do with the goods... I went back to them with some diamond rings I had left from my grandma, they again paid me top dollar. I had visited few other gold buying places and jewelry stores. Rowlett Gold and Silver gave me the most dollar for my goods... I would recommend them to all my friends and anyone searching the internet...
