Really good food, service, atmosphere and price. Much easier than Dallas hibachi restaurants and equally as good. Never had to wait more than 30 min. The only other situation was New Years Eve. We were told immediately they could only accommodate people with reservations.

In regards to the Feb. 12th, 2006 review: On most nights, there is little to no wait to be seated. At certain times on weekends there is a wait but I've never had any trouble with getting on the list and being seated in a timely fashion. This person likely had a fluke experience and unfortunately formed a bad first impression. In short, you can expect courteous, attentive service, good hibachi, good sushi, good atmosphere and a very reasonable price.

If you make reservations you are in there quickly. Great food and the price is better than other Japanese steak house's!!

My husband and I arrived at 7pm, gave our names for hibachi, took our pager and were told it would be "30 minutes because hibachi is always very quick". Went to the bar to have a few drinks & 45 mins later we checked on our wait. The mgr said it would be two more tables. Meanwhile, we saw everyone that had been there before us and after were steadily seated. By 8:35 the next two tables that had come available were filled. I spoke to the hostess who said it would be a few minutes and again more people were being seated. She said the reason they were being seated was because they all had reservations. I repeated to her what she had told me initially and that she shouldn't have given us a time if we were on standby then I asked for a mgr. She said she was one of the mgrs and that she would seat us soon. She spoke to another mgr and said we could go to the bar for a free appetizer and gift card but still had to wait. I explained after 1hr 30 min wait that was an unacceptable option.
