Dr. Curanovic was born in Bronx, New York with his formative years being spent in Chicago. When he was 15, his family moved to Rockwall, Texas where he attended Rockwall High School.His undergraduate studies were completed at The University of Dallas with a B.A. in Biology. Dr. Curanovic attended Ross University School of Medicine. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency at UTMB-Galveston.Although he enjoyed his time in Galveston, Dr. Curanovic always wanted to come back home and start his practice in Rockwall County. Now in his 15th year of private practice, Dr. Curanovic enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, along with weightlifting, playing sports, and keeping up on current healthcare trends.

I've been to Dr Curanovic a few times in need of his help on different occasions for ailments and/or just needing medical advice. He is very comfortable to talk to and actually listens to your opinion and weighs it in with his and explains pros and cons. Very knowledgable and explains things clearly. I've been to several doctors over the years for different reasons and change of residencys to new areas and I'm certain I'll be sticking with Dr. Curanovic. He's just a great doctor.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Curanovic for about 5 years now. He schedules his appointments in a manner that does not keep you in the waiting area for long and runs on time. He does not rush through the appointment and makes sure to give you an opportunity to ask questions.
