We booked with Shonda and she took care of every little detail. So nice to have such a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be booking with her again!!

I wanted to use an agent who could take what little ideas I had and help me navigate our European vacation. Shonda at IntelliJaunt TOTALLY nailed it. She was SO flexible and didnt make me feel like I was being too difficult. It was great to know she wanted the best experience for my husband and me. I never felt pressured to select anything I didnt want. She responded right away to my million questions. Im somewhat of a traveling novice so I felt stupid asking some of the questions I did she never made me feel that way, though. We worked together on this almost entirely via email, with a couple of phone calls for payment. Great communication the whole time. She kept me updated with flight info and seat reservations, literally up until the moment of departure. Everything went smoothly. There was no panic at check-in, no surprise charges. I cannot imagine the experience going any better than it did. I will use Shonda again for sure. IntelliJaunt is truly the way to go!!!
