Stood in line 45 minutes to mail two packages ....Susan did not enter tracking number and placed the receipt on a package going to a APO address....the company will never receive my package and I will not receive my $35 refund. The second package was returned the next day to me as my sweet mail carrier told me it should not have been accepted due to To and From being too close together. She did circle and remail so I will receive the refund back on that one. This post office offered to return my $2.46-cost of signature confirmation...no apologizes...will not go back to this one ever. Cost of gas is more than the refund from the post office.
