I bought a tri tip roast, "Hand Trimmed to Perfection", "Manager's Special" on the label. When I took the roast out, a full inch of fat was on the underside. Out of a 2 1/4 lb. roast, I took off 9oz. of fat. Over 1/2 a lb.!! I won't be buying my meat from there again!
