All our employees are thoroughly trained and must pass a background check. We use different employees to handle all our different services so our maids will only clean homes and our carpet technicians will only clean carpets. This way our employees are trained to become the best at their specific job. CARPET CLEANING - We use steam cleaning to rejuvenate your carpets & furniture. Steam cleaning is the most effective method as it will not damage texture and removes the highest amount of residues and dirt from your carpets. It is the preferred method of cleaning by the Carpet & Rug Institute. With our 2 week warranty if any spots reappear within 2 weeks we will re-treat the spot free of charge. All the products we use to clean your carpets are Green Seal Certified, Baby Safe, and approved by the Carpet & Rug Institute. HOUSECLEANING - We offer customized cleaning plans to fit your needs and budget. 100% satisfaction guarantee, if your not completely satisfied with your cleaning, call us within 24 hours and we'll come back out to reclean the area in question. 95% of the products we use to clean your home are baby safe and environmentally friendly. We clean your home so you can spend more time on the important things in life. TILE & GROUT CLEANING - We use salt based cleaners instead of toxic acidic based cleaners that are harmful. With our free estimates we test a small area to let you know your best course of action to restoring your grout. And with our grout color seal process, if your floors don't look brand new, then it's FREE! We offer a variety of maintenance and restorative services for your hard surface floors or stone countertops. JANITORIAL SERVICES - Give us a call to discuss your office cleaning needs. We can provide your office the level of cleanliness you deserve to make a great impression on your customers and a clean safe environment for your employees. We're not going to give you a bunch of promises for some low ball price and then not deliver on those promises. We will build a custom cleaning plan for your building based upon your needs and environment. If you disagree with a daily "grade", or feel you were not cleaned properly on any visit...it's FREE! We can also provide your building with carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and floor maintenance needs (such as stripping & refinishing).
