Excellent service. Kris, my tech always followed up with me. Richard, the phone person was always able to explain things in a way I could understand them. I can understand the other reviewers frustrations. I have a feeling Urban is a very busy group. If you stay out of their way and let them "work the magic" everything will be fine.

I can believe I had the same experience as the only other review. They collect extremely large deposits upfront and have not actually done any work. I have contacted them several times and they are either extremely rude to me or they don't return my calls. They have also stated they have no record of my contract and will not return my deposit.

Beware of Urban Wildlife. Paid for service and no information in 2weeks. When I called to inquire, they could not find me in the system. The owner was over the top rude and unprofessional. Total rip off and they insult you as they rip you off. This company is bad news.
