I brought my BMW to Sovereign for an oil leak that the local dealer was "unable" to find while my car was under warranty. Bob and his crew located the problem and explained to me that the cost to repair the leak was not cheap and should have been caught at the last service while I was still under warranty. Armed with the info that Bob explained to me (in detail ! ) I was able to return to the dealership and press them to repair the oil leak under warranty!! The fact that Sovereign actually turned down a repair to have me get it fixed for free will come back to them 10 fold. I cannot say enough about their honesty and knowledge as well as their car wash and candies on the dash! I am telling all of my friends, an A+ auto shop !!!!
