From youth fitness to professional athletes, casual exercisers to hardcore enthusiasts, you can get what you need. The Uprising is a community of fitness warriors based out of SFX who are fighting to take back their health and their life by working on self and inspiring others. It is a results based fitness system with accountability in place.
