Dr. D is the best.. We come all the way from passing many places like hers. my family has seem her many things from back injuries that happened on a holiday, Diabetic sugar related issues like my A1C1 testing.. She has called in scripts for nausea.

I was really impressed with the care and waiting a little bit is certainly better than most doctors offices
I spend a lot of time reading online reviews but rarely take the time to write any. This time I'm making an exception. I love the woman doctor here! I don't remember her name and there may even be more than one but I have been twice and seen her both times. She is hilarious and a hands-down genius. I'm not ever driving to the ER again unless I'm literally dieing. She stitched my hand when I cut it in the kitchen and you can barely see the scar! The other time was for a sinus infection and she fixed that too. I'm super happy with this place! If I remember to look for her name, I'll try to come back and add it here.
I had a horrible experience at this facility and with Dr. D. I would not recommend going here for serious issues. The one star was just because they were open. I could have seen my doctor but I live less than 2 miles from this office and have been to one other Urgent Care Facility...which was awesome! I could have cared less about the insurance at the time because I was sick but I was given horrible direction ( like I said only 2 miles...) and waited only about 30 minutes. Dr. D took a quick look and diagonosed me....but I had other symptoms that I thought may be related. When Dr. D diagnosed me, I questioned why other symptoms didn' t fit the diagonosis and she was aggravated. I was told that I was there for one symptom. I tried to explain that they had to be related and she immediately cut me off, mid sentence, laughed at me in an aggravated, annoyed and belittling laugh and asked what I wanted her to diagnosis me with.... Later, I could hear her talking to someone outside the door about me and I was walked out the door by the nurse, given two prescriptions and she never said good bye! Needless to say one month later, I was no better and I went to another Doctor, who took s culture and called me back to say that I was right...I did have MRSA and all my bodily symptoms were because of the infection! Thank goodness this doctor listened to me and took a culure! It was a helpless sitation for me that day, I was going to a doctor to help me, not belittle me! Now a month later...its not a good situation to be in, plus I passed it to my husband who has had multiple surgeries to remove and drain areas!
They were great! Dr. D and Megan rocked!! I broke my hand at 7:30pm, they took me right in , took an xray had me splinted and out the door by 8. I had no problems with them filing my insurance, at 25, I am an adult, it is my responsibility to know where I can be treated and what my deductable is, read your policy if your confused! Best in town is what I say!!

They took care of daughter after a horrible fall. I can say that we were completely satisfied and extremely grateful. Steve

I think it is unfair to rate Roswell Urgent care so low b/c of issues that you could have avoided on your own by calling your ins. company first. RUC is fairly new and was working on getting insurance coverage to ensure the below accounts did not happen. The care that my child has received from RUC was top notch and when necessary I would take both my kids back there wihtout a doubt.
I received excellent, prompt care at this facility. The doctor also called to follow-up later. I have recommended it to many others.
I went to this office after several friends and coworkers recommended it. I had a severe sinus infection and wanted nothing more than to be at home in bed. Luckily, Roswell Urgent Care saw me right away. Their front office staff, nurse, and doctor were all extremely friendly and caring. The appointment didn't take too long and I felt better within 24 hours. This office is so convenient. I'm so glad I found it. No billing issues at all...I checked my insurance of course. Would recommend to anyone!!!!!
I have to agree w/ "dnorth's" post about the confusion in billing from Roswell Urgent Care. My husband also went there & was told that yes they accept our insurance - NOT "we will file for your out-of-network benefits for you" but that they indeed were covered by our plan. We were also surprised to get a bill for the full out-of-network amount but pleased to receive the letter from R.U.C. that they were sorry about any billing confusion & wanted to make things right. However, they did not reduce the amount owed to what we expected & when I contacted the billing dept. was told there'd be no further reductions. I know the business owner's name & took it upon myself to contact her directly to make sure SHE was aware of what was happening. While argumentative at 1st she did in fact end up lowering the bill to what we expected. It was a hassle but I got the result I wanted. Dnorth's report of their billing practices was fair & we've learned our lesson to always check w/ our ins. co. 1st.
In response to the reviewer who had the problem....as a health care consumer, I always check with my insurance myself if there is any doubt in my that a facility doesn't take my plan. My husband and I have been to this facility many times, have had all my children seen there, and have seen all of the doctors that work there. Hands down, they have the best staff and most experienced physicians at any Urgent Care I have ever been to.
Beware before you go here for medical care. Make sure they take your insurance. Don't go by their word alone and make sure you get it in writing before you leave. While my wife and I were out of town, her mother took our youngest son there for a minor injury and was told their practice was in-network for our plan. I work for a large corporation and am on a plan with one of the largest insurers in Georgia. I have never been anywhere that was out of network in five years on the plan.When I got the bill, I rudely discovered they were not. They proactively sent a letter saying they realized they weren't in-network for our plan, apologized, said they wanted to ensure we had a good experience, and were going to adjust our bill. they never did and I was told by their billing department that they never intend to make an adjustment. So now I am stuck paying the full cost out of pocket and they don't seem to care. BEWARE!!!!
