Perfect!Received a booking confirmation from "Groupon reservations" on Wed before with a male therapist. Well, they don't open until 10, and I was never asked a preference of male or female. Maybe I could call to ask? Nope. The phone number listed is a recording with 1 option; leave a message. They called me back... at 9:30, but they got an earfull of complaints since it was too late at this point. 1st impressions are everything! I was not left with a good feeling even before the massage. The greatest massage ever won't make up for this VERY poor customer service. DON'T !
