not a happy camper I showed a picture on how I wanted my hair I ended up with red and blonde and it was way to short.All I wanted was brown and blonde.Second time I go there showed them a pic and there no highlights and the brown has red tint to it. wth is wrong with plp not doing it how the customer wants. This is the last time.
