      Hope they hire a trained reception and understand the basics of customer service and sales. The person who answers the phone has no clue about today s service and communication.

      I know who you are because you have posted negative reviews just like this one, under various names, all over the internet this week. I'm sorry you didn't get an appointment with the owner -- you didn't request one. We assigned to you our most talented GKhair keratin treatment technician, but you refused service. The owner said if you waited until she finished with her client, she would be GLAD to do your keratin treatment, but you said no and walked out. I guess you couldn't wait any longer; you were already more than 30 min. late to your appt. Good luck to you! :)

      I had a great experience at Pat Alessi Salon 1580. Pat is extremely polite, kind and generous. She gave many advises to me to have better hair for free. I love my hair totally. She is a great hair dresser and knows her job very well. Can't wait to see her next. Thank you Pat for your great hospitality.

      This was my 3rd time going to Pat. I will not go anywhere else. Pat does the BEST job on my hair and I am always happy when I leave her shop. I had a cut, highlights and deep conditioner done this time. I so love my highlights and my cut. Theri ( Pat's assistant) did an amazing job styling it as well. My husband must have told me 7 times or more since the day before yesterday when I had my hair done how awesome my hair looks. Any other time that I would come home form getting my hair done where the person was not Pat in the past he would not really like my hair till I did it myself the next day but not when Pat does it he always says he is blown away how awesome it looks. I told him of course it does because Pat is the only one who does my hair and she is the BEST!

      I have been a customer of Pat s for almost two years. She does an excellent job! I would highly recommend this salon! I ve had Global Keratin treatments, overall color, highlights, and a brand new cut and style. Her salon is huge and just beautiful. The atmosphere is fun and I enjoy my complimentary glass of wine while being pampered. Almost everyone who is getting service while I am there are long-time customers, so that says a lot. You should give Salon 1580 a try! :)
