we were in the JacksonAcura last Friday (20/12/2013) about to buy MDX. we were discussing about all options and try to negotiate price with sales Director ( we think his name is Mike kunnigs, not sure about his last name).



we had terrific experience with him when we requested him for little discount.. he asked us why we had to choose Acura when we need discount and he throwed the papers on us and asked just "get out"... we were shocked and left the Jackson ACura with no other words.. we were just suppose to buy the MDX and we changed our mind completely becase of "SALES Director's" disgusting Behaviour..

we strongly suggest every one don't go to this showroom or atleast more cautious before step into this JACSONACURA, Roswell,GA...

I live in Ohio and stumbled onto Jackson Aura while surfing the web. I was looking for a specific Acura MDX and when I could not find it locally, I contacted Jackson Acura. New car salesman Paul Silverman worked very hard to find my car. He kept contact with me via email or phone on an almost daily bases. He provided better service than my local dealer! He was awesome! He also offered a better price. I would not hesitate to buy my next Accura from Mr. Silverman.

Car shopping can be a pain and after the third dealership I went here to look at the TL. I met up with Michael Wiest and ended up leaving with the new TL. His knowledge and approach was something I never expected!! He treated us with respect and valued our opinons on other cars and in the end won us over.
