The worst dealership to go to. Sure they have the fancy coffee and stuff but when it comes down to what you are actually there for... they dont know what they are doing. the prices are twice that of other dealers in the same town and my car is still not fixed and I had to take it to Hennessy to get it fixed.
the roswell dealership isnt any better. Price shop before you commit to any repairs at any nally store....the results will shock you by how much they are ripping you off.
the manager chris Cobb is never there and never returns any calls. i got a call from a guy named Darrel who kept on going about Acuras insted of my concerns.
If you value the service go to Hennessy lexus. their prices are fair, they treat people like people and they fix cars.
