General Info

Hello and thank you for exploring my work! I have a private practice in Downtown Roswell where I see individuals, couples and families. My belief is that when you feel truly safe and understood you can be your truest self. When you feel safe and understood, you are able to access the compassion and healing needed to resolve unhealed issues and wounds tripping us up in everyday life. My work is to create a safe healing space so clients and families find the healthy relief they have been seeking. I'm here to provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help you achieve the change you desire. Areas of focus: Substance Use/Addiction, Impulsivity/Difficulty Self Regulating, Unhealed Attachment Wounds, Anxiety, Depression, Disordered Eating, Grief/Loss, Trauma, Anger Management, Issues Associated with Early Recovery, Sexuality I believe the integration of our thoughts, feelings, and somatic (body) experience is an important aspect of the healing journey. In addition to talk therapy, I use a range of creative therapies to help you achieve your goals.
