This is a terrible business I wish I never went in to buy my son a car. My son is in the service and posted in Germany, he came last month to buy a car and then ship it to Germany. The associate we found is an old man, he was very sweet the moment we carried on transaction. I even gave more $500 top of what they asked for. We paid half and half was cleared in the next 13 days we didn't want to be on car payment. After clearing the car they gave me a fake title and told me that it's final. I looked and said this is not right they insisted that I go ship the car. I had all paperwork required to ship it to my son. But title was fake I couldn't ship it. Coming back to the dearlership they threated to all police nut i involved the police myself, I went to Tax commissioner to enquire, they had already applied for the title so the one they gave me was fraud. Again even after paying of the car with all documents they still are lien holders on my son's car for the last 3 weeks, I went to police they senr8me to go ask them to release the lien, they couldn't, I brought police in but the police its hard to understand this guy's they are not answering directly why they gave you fake title and thry took back the fake title am left with a copy. I went to the tax commissioner 3 times to get the real details but nothing is working. Today is when they told me to pay more money so they can release the lien. Can you imagine having nought a car for cash and yoh don't have title, and your car has a lien holder who is not willing to release lien. They have taken me around giving all fake documents for the past 17 days since we bought the car. I don't know what to do, if I sue them of which I should it will cost me all my time and money. Probably its the right way to go so they don't repeat it to another customerPlease if you read this, tell your friends not to do business wth this dude's. They are a good scam and frauders. I need my son's title to ship the car. Of course if I sue them I know I win because of fake documents i have already from them. They also made me sign a documents that i have received the title, which is confirmed fake by the DMV.It's not a big deal to pay more as they ask, but why did they put me on fake documents in the first place. Could they be wanting to use my son's real totle to fraud people??? Since the car is being shipped to Germany. They have the title in my son's name, its been proven by DMV systems, and they claim infront of police that they don't have it. It's very frustrating. Old to be grannies and scamming the American people.
