i love this store!!!!! The owners and employees are knowledgeable and caring. They will spend tons of time with you and really listen to your needs. The stores are well stocked and very clean. The groomers are amazing and take time with each animal. i have a very old arthritic dog. They make sure they go slow and not hurt her and even give her extra time under the warm water to help ease her aches. This is the kind of service you don't get in big stores or on line. Owner is personable and will recommend one of the pet brands they sell, but not keep it in stock. Their employees have promised to call me twice and have not. Definitely not reliable.

The owners of this store not only are very knowledgable about the products they are selling, but individualize their suggestions for your pets food, health and comfort. Each pet is special to these ladies and they will go that extra mile to find the right fit for your animal.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The owners are So helpful!!! They are always there to chat and even help you find the perfect food for your pet...I LOVE that this store doesn't lower itself to carry unhealthy food for your animals....You feel Welcomed and they are HAPPY to see you when you go in...unlike bigger chains where the employees are miserable...GREAT PLACE!!! GO THERE!!

The people that work here are friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. Includes a pet bath now. Good location and best in the Belle Vernon area if you are looking for quality pet food.
