This owner clearly has very little ethics and no people skills. The lettering on the headstone that was done for our mother CANNOT be seen if the weather is bad or if it's raining, which means that the stone appears to be completely blank. This is unacceptable because he has been paid for a headstone that will always show the lettering. We didn't order or pay for a blank headstone. When we went to his business he was beyond rude and ending up swearing like a drunk sailor. He than slammed his office door like an angry little woman. he's refusing to correct this poor work. don't use this place because you will be so sorry. 4/17/2013. c.a.l.
