Must hire these guy's. I have dealt with every major elevator company in my 30 years in the Engineering field. Can't say much about these past companies. But i can say you will get to know this company on a first name basis. Superb outfit, benchmarks approach is they are in this with you. I had brass skins put on my elevator doors, after installing the doors. Benchmark thought it was a good idea to change the door hardware. I was wondering if the added hardware costs would put the job over budget. Ken, rich, billy and frank was like no we just want to make sure everyrhing runs correct. What??? I have had companies spray WD40 all day long and never care about the elevator cars. This company does. Greatest elevator company in boston. A must call. You will love these guy's!!!!!
