We had a fire that caused tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage to our home and seriously disrupted our lives. Josh and Jenny were life-savers, coming in while we were still in shock and helping us make sense of what we needed to do and working directly with our insurance company. They immediately prioritized air quality/smoke removal to protect our health and safety and then carefully handled the cleaning, removal, and storage of our belongings and other mitigation steps. They certainly earned all of the trust we placed in them and along with the entire team including Missy, Steven, Christy, Tom and others treated our home with respect and professionalism as if it were their own. We relied on them so much and they were always patient with our constant questions. Ultimately, we felt like we had good friends helping us in a bad situation. Highly recommend!
