Mr. Brakes employee took my car unauthorized to Livonia my car ended up impounded damaged and trashed. I dropped off my car on July 27th, 2021. The matter is still unresolved. I was told not to worry everything will be fixed and a tow truck will pick my car up on Monday or Tuesday never happend. Then a tow truck is sent Wednesday as if I can drop everything and keep chasing after your scheduled
