The classes are fun and full of great techniques that really work. There is so much to learn! Everything from rolling & falling, how to get away from someone grabbing you, learning throws, to dealing with an attack from a knife or gun. I especially recommend it for women and children, because it teaches you to use leverage and not strength. Very useful techniques in all situations! Truly awesome classes!!!

I drive from out of town to train at Wasenshikan. Worth the trip every time!! Great instructor!
