Waiting for carpet. More than one month. Very poor in communication. Selection good. In store help is good but after payment no word on delivery/installation. Also order wood but measurements were way short. Claim that no leftover even after we did not have 1 room installed with wood. Decided to have tile instead.

Great selection. Unfortunately customer service was terrible once you give them your money. It's been a month since my order. After 3 phone calls with a promise to get back to me each time I am still left waiting.
