We provide private classical piano lessons for ages 3 and up. Suzuki piano is a nurturing method based on ear training and mastery. Reading is introduced after students have reached a basic level of tonal and rhythmic competency on the piano. Repetitions are a joyful component of the Suzuki method and parents play an important role in the Suzuki triangle as well. Families should plan on listening to the Suzuki piano recordings as soon as possible. Instituting a regular listening program in the home is the greatest teaching tool outside of formal Suzuki lessons. Students have many oppoturnities to play in recitals and community events to hone their performance skills. Suzuki piano lessons are nurturing, yet deeply detailed.
