The Finance Department, located in Roseville, Calif., monitors financial functions and transactions. It offers financial services to the various departments and the general public. The department also provides support services to the city. In addition, the Finance department offers budget development, financial analysis, debt administration, revenue billing and collection, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management, payroll processing, employee benefit accounting, and record keeping and reporting services.
