Went in for a physical and blood work for our health insurance. Made an appointment, got in the same time with my husband and we got it taken care at the same time. The lady who helped us was super sweet.

Quest does a great job for lab work. It's always best to have an appointment so there's no waiting. Has online scheduling too

Rude front desk. Chairs are gross and it smells like urine. I did like the phlebotomist. I would find a different Quest location.

ONLY GO IF YOU HAVE AN APPT!!!! We had an appointment but somehow had a problem with the order not arriving from the doctor. So we had to wait 45 minutes past our appointment time. There were 7 little kids (toddlers) running around wild...blowing whistles, squeaking toys, crying, playing, fighting , etc...I know it isn't Quest's fault, but they should have rules for office waiting room use. There were old sick people in there suffering with these kids. As well as the rest of us. The gal that took us in was super sweet and apologetic, thorough and quick. Once we got back there it was quick service.
