PRIDE provides outsourcing solutions in a variety of areas, including commercial, government and mail fulfillment services, manufacturing and logistics. Employees work in many fields within these industries, including custodial, clean room, design, print, landscaping, commissary operations and manufacturing. The company employs more than 4,300 individuals in 11 states, including more than 2,700 people with disabilities. PRIDE is also the third largest manufacturing and service company in the greater Sacramento, Calif., region. The company was founded in 1966 by a group of parents who wanted to provide better futures for their children. PRIDE has several locations in California, including its facility in Roseville.
