Took our $800+ for a guaranteed vendor spot at a fair and then after 2 days of our setting up with no warnings moved us to an unmarked area on the far side of the fair with no traffic and high wind exposure, causing damage and loss of revenue. Tried to get our money back for this bait-and-switch routine, no luck, clause in contract not mentioned on the fair website that conveniently disappeared after the fair allowed them to keep our money. Would never do business with them again.
