They offer 1 day dry cleaning! Not every place had that and I often times need it. It's very easy to find and quick in and out

Every summer for 6 years I've taken my men's washable linen shirts her for laundering. They have always charged me $1.95 per shirt. They did a great job and i recommended them to every one i knew. Today, a different clerk was there and rudely told me that it would be $5.95 per shirt for laundering. When I told her what I had paid in the past, she said that wasn't true. I asked if they had changed owners and asked when the other clerk would be in. She said it was the same owners and turned her back. Time to find a new cleaner and spread the word not to go here.

Great cleaners if you love off the blue oaks area. They can get things presses in a day. They are also reasonably priced.

Very friendly and accommodating. Will work with a short turnaround if needed. Pricing is good and I've never had an issue quality. Never used them alterations, but I don't think I would. For dry cleaning they are great.

If you want good (at least) customer service, your clothes actually clean, and timely service, STAY AWAY! If you need any alterations, don't believe the fake advertising in their window, they are far from "expert", they can barely do a straight hem! And it takes anywhere between 1-2 weeks because the "expert" is "in Elk Grove"... Just look somewhere else if you want your money worth! 1 star is the minimum, and unfortunately I can't give less or I would've!
