Everlasting gifts? I purchased one of their amber stone bracelets as a gift for my wife for her birthday. She wore it a total of 10 minutes and and the clasp broke where the hole was driiled in the stone. I attempted to exchange the bracelet for a replacement or store credit but was denied. They stated "I am sorry, since we purchased this in bulk, we will not offer any refunds or exchanges". What does that even mean? How does a store expect to stay in business if they sell defective jewelry for $40 and will not stand behind their products? I will never return to that store. Really bad service.

Love the new age vibe of this store and especially the meditation chair to use free of charge anytime!! The staff is helpful and friendly and selection of items is great!

My daughter and I visited this store over the weekend. Very small with so much to see. They also offer holistic classes.

they have an excellent selection but i think the prices are a bit high... the energy is definitely not the same as it used to be back in the day when kaliea and jen were there... they are trying but the main reader seems bored to be there and really not interested in any of the customers coming in... if she can't be bothered, why should i get a reading from her? i visit maybe once or twice a year now... i used to go in at least once a week...

I use to frequently visit Everlasting Gifts for the past five years. In the last year I have felt the energy in the store change. It's not as positive as it used to be. The employees are friendly in all but it's not the same. I know the employee that Toni posted about and she's a very nice girl in all. But I find myself not visiting as much as I use to. The energy from the employees is too much. The selection in the store is amazing and I would always find something that I had to have. The layaway they have in place could be better. I still visit the store from time to time just to see what is new.

Things I have never seen or experienced before. Top quality items and service. Employee extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The pyramid was fantastic!A Very Satisfied Customer
