Coyote Ridge Elementary School, located in Roseville, Calif., was founded in 2002. The school offers classes in English, math, science, social studies, technology, physical education, and visual and performing arts. Its staff includes classroom teachers, librarians, psychologists, therapists, reading specialists, nurses, and health and instructional assistants. The school s accelerated reader program is a Web-based reading comprehension program that helps students select books at independent reading levels. Coyote Ridge Elementary School organizes parent-teacher general meetings, homework support workshops, field trips and back-to-school nights. The school s library houses a collection of textbooks and reference materials. It additionally provides morning snack and lunch programs to students in kindergarten through grade five. Coyote Ridge Elementary School is a part of the Dry Creek Joint Elementary School District.
