We recently had an experienced where my car was scratched during a wash at Bob's. They handled the issue in a timely and professional manner. I won't go back but can't give them a terrible review. Accident happen and I appreciated their professionalism.

We have been taking our cars on a weekly basis to Bob's for over 5 years. We have a monthly membership which allows my wife to roll through the car wash anytime she likes. The staff there have had our ticket ready before we even pull in. And being such a regular customer they go above and beyond what is expected many times. We would not go anywhere else.

These guys did a great job on my car. It was really dirty when I brought it in and they took their time and really cleaned it well. I will definitely be back for another car wash. The gift shop inside is pretty cute, too. Unique gifts in an inspecting place :)

I take my car here all the time. They take time to do the job right. The waiting area has a fun selection of items for sale. I have purchased some unique gifts here.

Worth spending a little extra money to have someone else do all of the detailing for me. They even have phone charging stations inside while you wait.

Always friendly, excellent attention to detail, and great merchandise (even though they forgot the Sharks merchandise in their sports section....) Their prices recently went up but it's still worth it. For a one time wash, you can't compare the sparkling clean result and personal time saved with the price. For frequent users, they have an affordable monthly plan...

We have been bringing our cars here for at least 5 years. They do a real nice job and they are quick. Sometimes they even have my ticket ready as I approach. Don't forget to leave your tip in the red mailbox!
