Please find somewhere else to rent. This is the worst place ever. Very expensive, don't let the cheap granite and fake stainless fool you, once you have lived there a month, everything starts breaking down. You have to buy your own light bulbs and they cost between $4-$8 and they are constantly going out. Terrible parking accommodations especially during the winter plowing and sanding/salting is bad, bad, bad (surprised no one has broken anything yet). Building in not at all secure. No indoor pool, small exercise room(doesn't get cleaned very often). Leaky window & doors, cold floors, not very sound proof. Very loud traffic and bar noise not to mention that the building isn't very sound prof either. Smelly hallways garage, some people have been known to let there animals relieve themselves in them and don't clean it up, gross! You don't even get fresh paint or clean carpet after someone else move out, they do a quick clean and touch up and them move you in. Don't move here!

We have lived at Waterford Commons almost 2 years and we love it. Nice, clean commons aeas, and spacious units. Management is more than willing to work with you to find your needs. Perfect location as well. It is a little spendy but well worth it.
