We provide a much more personalized approach this process in order for us to find the best fit for not only the family but the nanny as well.All of our nannies go through a very extensive process which includes an application, an in-person interview, reference checks, and a very thorough background check. The background check includes national and county criminal check, driving record check, sex offender database, and an ID search, this is all included in the placement fee.

We travel to each family's home for their consultation in order to get the best understanding of how the family functions on a day to day basis and to gather all the necessary information in order to find the perfect fit. By traveling to the our families' homes this also eases a lot of stress and makes things much more convenient for them
