A while back this would have been a rave review, but regrettably that has now changed. Dr. Chroust and most of his staff are great people to work with however, they are being very unfair. We have been with them for almost 10 years! Here's the situation: Because of a surgery in 2005 where I was in the hospital for almost a month, we never got financially stable again, so Dr. Chrousts office insisted we pay our bill before we incur any more charges. This is fine. They also want us to pay for our services going forward as they incur rather then be billed. This is fine as well. But when I discussed this with the office lady, she actually wants us to pay the insurance portion as well when I go in tomorrow and get a tooth fixed. I feel this is unethical and unfair. We have insurance for a reason, why should we pay for it twice?
