(Featuring the energetic icon tattoo artist Travis Bracht, featured in the world's largest tattoo magazine - TATTOO) Travis has tattooed all over the United States. He came to All Out Ink in 2011 with over 13 years of experience. He specializes in everything from color portraits to old school designs. All Out Ink is licensed and regulated by the State of Minnesota and the Minnesota Department of Health. We follow all the proper guidelines; especially in regards to sterilization methods and the cross contamination of blood-borne pathogens.
