I've been going to this restaurant for years. they are among the best. Unlike some of the restaurants, the dishes taste the same every time I go.

Aaron, the waiter is outstanding. he's friendly, smiles all the time, refills water, coffee without being asked.

Ask to sit at his table. guarantee to have tasty food w/great service.

La Vie offers classical French cuisine at very reasonable prices. I always start with the escargot...the butter garlic herb sauce goes great with the bread. I love the duck, and occasionally they'll have a trout special, which is splendid. To top it off I get the souffle with Grand Marnier...just heavenly. Please note, it's located in a non-descript place, and the decor could use some improvement. However, you won't mind all that once you experience the food and service.

La Vie is family owned with parents as owners and chefs. The son(s) and daughter(s) are the wait staff. XLNT food and a good wine selection. Very out-of-the-way, but worth the search. Extra effort given for service and, possibly above all, cleanliness. Very nicely decorated. Again, wonderful food--everything on the menu!
