very rude and arrogant person. came to house for estimate. after 8 at night. without calling or eeven letting us know he was coming. gave a verbal estimate. which was highest we got. i called him today to discuss prive and when he answered phone he said loyalty. i asked who it was. who am i spekaing with. he said loyalty. i asked for his name . he got arogant and called me an obscene name. adn all i asked for was his hame. i llike to know who i am speaking with. the then told me i was a miserable person since i was in a wheelchair and could not climb trees. and i was jealous of his talent. cursed me out again. and ii would never do busines with a man who acted as unprofessional as he did towards me. dont even want to give him any stars but i think i have to so he will get one if i have to.always try to use a company tht treats you with respect.
