Master Yoon's cardio kickboxing class is the best workout I have EVER gotten. The hour class flies by; the workout is hard but Master Yoon keeps you motivated and SMILING. There are many things on my "to do" list, but this is one that I never miss. The class keeps me energized for the rest of the day.
