Douglas Education Service District, located in Roseburg, Ore., provides assessment, curriculum instruction and professional development services to schools in Douglas County, Ore. The district offers technology access and speech and language therapy programs. It also provides programs to orthopedic individuals and to those with hearing and visually impaired. Douglas Education Service District also provides support services to Sutherlin School District, Winston Dillard School District, Yoncalla School District and North Douglas School District. The district additionally offers an English language learners support program. It provides distance learning and instructional technology support services through resources, training and assistance in using distance learning opportunities.
