found a problem another shop missed. Would recommend to ANYONE....

I have been using Roscoe Automotive fors years and have never had a problem. They have even given me ride home. Their prices are great and they have never failed me.

About a year ago I went into RA for some creaking noise comming from front of the car. They told me that my pass. side spring was broken which didn't make sense because the noise came from the driver side. When I asked (politely) about it they acted like "who are you to question our diagnosis!". Needless to say, it wasn't the spring when I took it into Ford dealership. I recently had RA change the rear wheel bearing (went in thinking the last thing was just a glitch). When I took the car I found that my brake pedal is pulsating big time. When I called they told me that my front rotors need to be machined which is a complete nonsence because the rotors/pads are almost new and brakes worked just fine when I brought the car in. As soon as I started sounding like they might have caused it, the guy simply said "No, you are wrong ... we just changed the rear bearing. Have a nice day!" and he hung up on me. Now I know why the shop was empty. TERRIBLE! DON'T GO THERE!

I had my brakes done yesterday, and was very pleased with how courteous, quick, and professional Roscoe Automotive was. The cost was very reasonable, and in fact much less than I had thought it would be.
