Based in Romulus, Mich., the company markets its products through its commercial, government and retail channels. It currently operates in 25 states across the United States, operates Land & Sea Petroleum Holdings in Ft. Lauderdale, and operates Rex Carriers Inc. RKA Petroleum Companies Inc. also operates Express Fueling, its unattended cardlock and fleetcard operation and maintains a portfolio of real-estate properties through KLA Properties.
